Sam Asghari, Britney Spears’ ex-partner, appeared to be enjoying himself in Texas as the singer’s incendiary autobiography, “The Woman In Me,” was released.
Over the weekend, the 29-year-old actor was observed at a US Grand Prix party in Austin.
The dashing fitness devotee attended the Sports Illustrated Circuit Series, the official After Party of COTA, wearing a cowboy hat, boots, and jeans.
Other race enthusiasts included Mark Consuelos, Cole Hausuelos, and Becca Tobin.
It has been quite a week for his ex-girlfriend Britney, whose new book contains salacious information about Justin Timberlake, Madonna, and Colin Farrell.
However, she had nothing but positive things to say about Asghari in her Tuesday-released memoir, The Woman in Me.
Despite the recent dissolution of their 14-month marriage, which occurred in July after he filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences,” the pop star, age 41, referred to her former companion, age 29, as “a gift from God.”
“I have an appreciation for how stable he is. I love that he doesn’t even drink,’ she wrote of Asghari, whom she met in October 2016 while filming the music video for her hit single ‘Slumber Party.’
The Grammy winner also attributed her courage to speak out against her ‘abusive’ 13-year conservatorship to her ex-lover.
“I look up to him — his consistency with working out and being a good man and being healthy and taking care of me and helping me learn how we can take care of each other,” she gushed. “He’s such an inspiration and I’m grateful.”
Sources told Page Six that Spears had already submitted the final draft of her book prior to their separation.
Asghari told TMZ that he was not anxious about the release of the tell-all because he had ‘already read it.’
Sam continued, ‘I’m very proud of her and, you know, she put a lot of work to it, and it was very hard so I’m definitely excited and I’m extremely proud of her.”
Regarding the songwriter authoring the book, he stated, ‘It was a tough one.’ He concluded, “I’ll be the first one in line to buy it.”
