Planning and Zoning Commissioner Tracey Wheeler had a simple message for the representatives from Fidelis Realty Partners about the long-awaited San Jacinto Marketplace: Move it along. 

After most of the city has been waiting on some news on what is happening at the old mall site, representatives from Fidelis, owners of the property, visited P&Z commissioners Tuesday night. They were requesting a rezoning of the site from Mixed Use Neighborhood to a Planned Unit Development to allow them to redevelop the site with a mix of mostly commercial businesses as well as multifamily housing use.
