At a time when painter Joe Diggs of Osterville has never been busier, it is appropriate that he has been selected as the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod’s 2025 Artist of the Year. 

“I’m a little shocked. It was a nice shock. I am still kind of floating a little bit,” he said. “I am excited. I am really looking forward to this opening up new doors and introducing me to new people.”
