Many high school students find it difficult to live an average morning without an energy drink in their hand. However, such energy-boosting drinks contain not-so-healthy ingredients. Large amounts of caffeine and sugar grow to be addicting in many exhausted students’ lives. Bloom, a beneficial supplement offered as a sponsor to many influencers across social media, decided to create mood-boosting energy drinks with all-natural ingredients that influencers have found to love.

Energy drinks like Alani Nu and Celsius have become popular on social media. Though this 12 oz can of 200 mg of caffeine may serve as the perfect energy booster, over time, large intakes of caffeine can lead to negative effects such as headaches, nausea, and even chest pain depending on the person consuming it. Bloom Nutrition aims to use effective health supplements to increase energy (as energy drinks intend) and positively affect the body. Bloom serves as a healthier alternative to such “revitalizing drinks,” containing natural caffeine as well as beneficial ingredients like apple cider vinegar and prebiotic fibers, potentially providing students with a more positive energy boost.

Strawberry Watermelon Sparkling Energy:

Of the few flavors the Bloom energy drinks provide, the strawberry watermelon easily rises to the top of my list. As most artificial sugars and caffeine have an unpleasant aftertaste, combining other ingredients such as green tea and lychee cancels out the equivalent of the not-so-tasty ingredients. The watermelon and strawberry flavors are perfectly balanced, unlike many energy drinks where one flavor dominates. The ratio of flavors is just right—not overwhelmingly sweet, but more akin to a refreshing juice.

Cherry Lime Sparkling Energy:

This drink was one of the most unique variations of a cherry drink I had ever tried, and it was also one of the best. By the first sip, I was in love. This cherry-flavored energy drink captures the tart, refreshing taste of fresh cherries while the lime notes are more subtle. They both provide a balanced bitterness that makes this a perfect morning pick-me-up for those who love the flavor of cherries. The apple cider vinegar and the green bean coffee extract are barely noticeable when sipping this drink, making it the perfect energy booster.

Raspberry Lemon Sparkling Energy:

This sparkling raspberry lemon drink delivers a bold, tart lemon flavor that evokes the refreshing taste of warm summer pink lemonade. The strong citrus notes provide a zesty kick, making it a perfect choice for an early morning energy boost. Though I am not someone who usually prefers a lemon-flavored drink, this beverage provides a great balance of both sweet and sour. However, my only complication with this drink is the tart taste it leaves after just a few sips. However, after finishing about half of the drink, this tart flavor comes to be more of a sweet raspberry touch. Besides that small inconvenience, this drink is incredible and makes for the perfect morning booster if you’re searching for a healthy alternative against other leading energy drinks.

The Bloom sparkling energy drinks have made their way onto almost every one of my Christmas lists this holiday season. They are some of the most impactful, beneficial, and tasty energy drinks I have tried in my energy-drink-addict lifetime. If you are searching for a healthy alternative for your daily energy-boosting treat, the Bloom energy drinks are the perfect replacement.
