
CUBA — Interested in learning tips to become healthier? Come Wednesdays, Feb. 5-March 12 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Cuba Library as SNAP-Ed nutritionist Michael Nelson gives insights into health and nutrition.
She will have information on the importance of eating a variety of foods, easy ways to make smart food choices, and will also share budget savvy ideas to find a balance in your diet and develop a healthy eating style.
This program is open to anyone ages 13 and up, but parents are welcome to bring young children if they cannot make childcare arrangements. Registration is required, so email [email protected] or call the Cuba Library at (585) 968-1668 to sign up.
