AKIPRESS.COM – Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov today visited the Kyrgyz State Arts and Culture University, where he met with faculty.

The Deputy Chairman was accompanied on this visit by Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sport and Youth Policy Chyngyz Esengul uulu.

University Rector Tumonbai Koldoshov told about the University and made presentation on done work, accomplishments and needs. .

Construction of a new building of the University, raise of salaries are needed, Edil Baisalov said and promised the given issues will be resolved by the state in the nearest time.

The Kyrgyz State Arts and Culture University is the first music and creative educational institution in the country, where highly qualified arts and culture specialists are trained.

The University was opened in 1967. It was named after renowned ballerina Bubusara Beishenalieva in 1974.
