Kevin Costner is showing off the fact that he is spending a lot of money on himself.
Christine Baumgartner, Kevin Costner’s ex-wife, has been saying that he is “withholding” proof about his money. At the same time, Costner was seen getting out of a very expensive private jet.
On Saturday, the star of Yellowstone was seen getting off a G5 at the Santa Barbara airport.
Costner, who is 68 years old, was working on a movie project in Glasgow, Scotland, and was on his way back to California.
He looked casual for his journey by wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and white New Balance shoes.
The private jet’s Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is usually more than $45 million. Air Charters Advisors says, though, that used models can be bought for between $4 million and $10 million.
The G5s can be chartered for $8,500 to $11,500 an hour.
There isn’t a clear answer to the question of whether or not the movie star paid for the trip.
During their nasty divorce, Baumgartner, 49, said that Costner hid his income from her. A few days later, Costner went on a luxurious holiday.
People got a document from the California Superior Court that says the handbag designer’s lawyer asked the court on Monday to order the “Hidden Figures” star to show records about his business activities.
The lawyer says that Costner has been “stonewalling” by not giving information before their child support meeting the following week.
Baumgartner also said that her ex-husband’s wealth had grown by four times over the 18 years they were married.
TMZ says that the model says in court papers that the Bodyguard star said he had $102,716,000 in assets when they signed their prenuptial agreement in 2004.
She now says Costner is worth about $400 million, $24 million of which is in cash.
