สหพันธ์โรคอ้วนโลก (World Obesity Federation) กำหนดให้วันที่ 4 มีนาคมของทุกปี เป็นวันโรคอ้วนโลก (World Obesity Day) ประเด็นรณรงค์ คือ Changing Systems, Healthier Lives: ระบบดี สุขภาพดี โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ทุกภาคส่วนทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนร่วมกันปรับเปลี่ยนระบบสุขภาพ รวมทั้งชุมชนปรับสภาพแวดล้อมให้เอื้อต่อการป้องกันและจัดการโรคอ้วน เพราะโรคอ้วนไม่ใช่ปัญหาส่วนบุคคล ถ้าหากมีระบบสนับสนุนสุขภาพที่ดี กรมควบคุมโรค ชวนภาคีเครือข่ายทุกภาคส่วนร่วมกันปรับเปลี่ยนระบบสุขภาพและสภาพแวดล้อม ให้เอื้อต่อการป้องกันและจัดการโรคอ้วน ชูประเด็นรณรงค์วันโรคอ้วนโลก ปี 2568 “ระบบดี สุขภาพดี” แก้ปัญหาโรคอ้วน เพราะโรคอ้วนไม่ใช่ปัญหาส่วนบุคคล ถ้าหากมีระบบสนับสนุนสุขภาพที่ดี นายแพทย์ภาณุมาศ ญาณเวทย์สกุล อธิบดีกรมควบคุมโรค กล่าวว่า โรคอ้วนเกิดจากภาวะที่ร่างกายมีไขมันสะสมมากเกินไปจนส่งผลให้ระบบต่างๆ ในร่างกายเกิดความผิดปกติทางเมตาบอลิก ทำให้ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดสูง…
