‘พิน ฟู้ด เทค’ ทุ่ม 80 ล้าน ผุดโรงงานพาสเจอไรซ์เย็น ดันอาหารไทยบุกตลาดโลก
นางสาวฉัตรรพี พิสิฎฐพันธ์ กรรมการ บริษัท พิน ฟู้ด เทค จำกัด (Pin Food Tech) กล่าวว่า บริษัทฯ ได้ลงทุนครั้งใหญ่ในด้านนวัตกรรมการผลิตอาหารเเบบใหม่ ที่จะทำให้ไม่กระทบต่อ คุณค่าทางโภชนาการรวมไปถึงรสชาติของอาหาร ผ่านการลงทุนด้วยเม็ดเงินถึง 80 ล้านบาท เพื่อนำเทคโนโลยีฆ่าเชื้อ ด้วยความดันสูง (High Pressure Processing: HPP) เข้ามาให้บริการฆ่าเชื้อผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม โดยใช้ความดันสูงสุดกว่า 6,000 bar หรือ 6,000 เท่าของความดันบรรยากาศ เพื่อทำลายและยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของจุลินทรีย์ก่อโรค ทั้งนี้ ทำให้สามารถเก็บรักษาคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ กลิ่นและรสชาติเอาไว้ใกล้เคียงกับของสดมากที่สุด โดยเทคโนโลยีนี้มีการใช้งานในเชิงอุตสาหกรรมที่ต่างประเทศมากว่า 30 ปี ในขณะที่ประเทศไทยยังมีผู้ใช้เทคโนโลยีนี้ค่อนข้างน้อยเนื่องจากต้องใช้ เงินลงทุนสูง รวมถึงแนวทางการขอขึ้นทะเบียนอาหารและเครื่องดื่มบางประเภทด้วยเทคโนโลยีนี้ยังขาดความชัดเจน เนื่องจากเป็นเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ทำให้ผู้ผลิตอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในประเทศไทยเกิดความลังเลในการลงทุน อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทฯ ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการนำเทคโนโลยีแปรรูปอาหารผ่านกระบวนการ HPP เข้ามายกระดับมาตรฐานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในประเทศ ซึ่งการแปรรูปอาหารแบบดั้งเดิม คือการใช้ความร้อน ในการพาสเจอไรซ์หรือสเตอริไลซ์ ที่จะทำให้กลิ่น สีหรือรสชาติ และคุณค่าทางอาหารเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ดังนั้นการพาสเจอไรซ์…

ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงาน วันนี้ (30 พ.ค.68) นางสาวชญาวดี ชัยอนันต์ โฆษกธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) เปิดเผยว่า จากสถานการณ์ของธุรกิจร้านอาหาร ที่ค่อนข้างซบเซาในระยะนี้ เป็นสิ่งที่ ธปท. จับตามองอยู่ เนื่องจากที่ผ่านมาถือได้ว่าธุรกิจนี้เป็นเครื่องยนต์สำคัญของ ภาคการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งในระยะถัดไปจาก Sentiment ของทั่วโลกเริ่มแย่ลงประกอบกับรายได้ประเทศคู่ค้าที่ลดลง ก็จะมีส่วนกระทบไปถึงการใช้จ่ายในภาคการท่องเที่ยว และภาคอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามมา โดยเราจับตามองอยู่ เพราะที่ผ่านมาธุรกิจนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นเครื่องยนต์สำคัญและมีหลายปัจจัยที่ทำให้ภาคการท่องเที่ยวชะลอลง ทั้งนี้ ในระยะถัดไป ทั่วโลกมี sentiment ที่แย่ลง ประกอบกับประเทศคู่ค้าของไทยอาจมีรายได้ลดลง ทำให้กระทบในแง่ของการใช้จ่าย นี่คือที่เรามองอยู่แล้วว่าการท่องเที่ยว และ sector อื่นๆ อาจได้รับผลกระทบจาก sentiment ข้างนอก รวมทั้งที่ผ่านมาไทยอาจมีสถานการณ์ที่กระทบต่อความเชื่อมั่นของนักท่องเที่ยวอยู่บ้าง แต่ปัจจุบันเริ่มกลับมาดีขึ้นแล้ว ดังนั้นภาคการท่องเที่ยวจะต้องติดตามต่อไป และไตรมาส 2 ก็เป็นช่วง Low season ต้องมอนิเตอร์ต่อ ถ้า year on year ยังลบอยู่ เห็นว่าการใช้จ่ายอาจไม่เยอะเท่าปีก่อน อย่างไรก็ดี การบริโภคยังไม่ถึงขั้นฝืด…
