สนามข่าว 7 สี – ชาวจีน ที่เข้ามาท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทย ถูกรถชนขณะเดินข้ามถนนอีกรายแล้ว เหตุเกิดที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และเป็นถนนสายเดียวกับที่รถกระบะขับชนนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนเสียชีวิต เมื่อต้นเดือนที่ผ่านมา ภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิดริมถนนบางนาการ์เด้นท์ ตำบลบางบ่อ อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ บันทึกอุบัติเหตุนี้ไว้ได้ ขณะนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน 3 คน เดินข้ามถนน และจังหวะที่กำลังเดินจะพ้นทางอยู่แล้ว ปรากฎว่ามีรถกระบะขับมาเฉี่ยวชน ลักษณะพยายามเบรกและหักหลบแล้ว แต่ไม่พ้น ทำให้มีนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน อายุ 59 ปี บาดเจ็บ เหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นช่วง 21.00 น.ที่ผ่านมา อาสาสมัครมูลนิธิร่วมกตัญญู ตรวจดูอาการ พบแค่แผลถลอกและเจ็บไหล่ขวา จึงให้ช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นและนำส่งโรงพยาบาลรวมชัยประชารักษ์ ส่วนคู่กรณี เป็นรถกระบะ สีขาว สภาพไฟหน้าด้านขวาแตก คนขับ เล่าว่า ก่อนถึงจุดเกิดเหตุ เป็นทางโค้งจึงผ่อนคันแร่ง โดยใช้ความเร็วที่ 60 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง ยืนยันว่า เห็นกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน แต่เหตุที่เฉี่ยวชน เพราะคนเจ็บเดินก้มหน้าดูโทรศัพท์ แต่ไม่ยอมดูรถ ย้อนกลับไปช่วง 22.00 น.ของวันที่ 1 มีนาคม…
