‘บางจาก’ ผนึก ‘บีทีเอส’ ตั้งบริษัท สมาร์ท อีวี ไบค์ ลุยธุรกิจเช่าซื้อรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ไฟฟ้า เมื่อวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน นางสาววรรณสิริ ตรงตระกูลวงศ์ รักษาการผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ สายงานกำกับองค์กร และเลขานุการบริษัท บางจาก คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด(มหาชน) แจ้งตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) ว่า บริษัท วินโนหนี้ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยโดยตรง ที่บริษัทถือหุ้นในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 55.49 ของหุ้นทั้งหมด ได้เข้าร่วมลงทุนกับบริษัท บีทีเอส กรุ๊ป โฮลดิ้งส์ จำกัด(มหาชน) โดยการเข้าถือหุ้นบริษัท สมาร์ท อีวี ไบค์ จำกัด ในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 33.3 ของหุ้นทั้งหมดของบริษัท สมาร์ท อีวี ไบค์ จำกัดทั้งนี้บริษัท สมาร์ท อีวี ไบค์ จำกัด มีทุนจดทะเบียน 20 ล้านบาท และมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อดำเนินการประกอบธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการให้เช่าซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า…
