สาวร้อยเอ็ด ไม่มีเงินขึ้นรถเมล์ โดนกระเป๋ารถไล่ลงจากรถ เกิดความน้อยใจ เตรียมกระโดดสะพานลอย โชคดีมีคนมาช่วยทัน 3 พ.ย. 66 เมื่อเวลา 15.00 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.เมืองชลบุรี พร้อมกับมูลนิธิกู้ภัยไตรคุณธรรมรับแจ้งจากชาวบ้าน ว่า มีหญิงจะโดดสะพานลอยบริเวณหน้าศูนย์ฝึก รด. บนถนนสายสุขประยูร อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี ที่เกิดเหตุพบหญิงสาว ทราบชื่อต่อมาคือ น.ส.อรษา อายุ 33 ปี ชาว จ.ร้อยเอ็ด นั่งอยู่บริเวณในร้านล้างอัดฉีดรถยนต์ หลังจากมีเจ้าหน้าที่กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัดชลบุรี ผ่านมาพอดี จึงขึ้นไปช่วยหญิงคนดังกล่าวที่กำลังจะโดดสะพานลอยไว้ทัน และได้นำตัวลงมาสงบสติอารมณ์ภายในร้านล้างอัดฉีดรถยนต์ จากการสอบถาม น.ส.อรสา ได้เล่าให้ฟังว่า ตนเองได้เดินมาจาก ต.ดอนหัวฬ่อ พอมาถึงถนนบายพาสพนัสซึ่งอากาศร้อนมากและเดินต่อไม่ไหว จึงได้โบกรถประจำทางชลบุรี-ปรกฟ้าวิ่งผ่านมาพอดี จากนั้นตนก็ได้ขึ้นมาบนรถและพอมาถึงบริเวณตรงข้ามศูนย์ฝึก.รด ได้มีกระเป๋ารถเมล์เดินมาเก็บตังค์ แต่ตนบอกว่าไม่มีตังค์เลย และจะขออาศัยไปลงในเมืองซึ่งระยะทางไม่ไกล แต่กระเป๋ารถเมล์ไม่ยอม โวยวายและไล่ตนเองลงจากรถ บอกว่าคนอื่นยังมีเงินจ่ายค่ารถเลย แต่ตนไม่มีเงินจ่ายค่ารถก็ไม่ต้องขึ้น ให้ลงจากรถไป จึงเกิดอาการน้อยใจเลยเดินขึ้นไปบนสะพานลอยหวังคิดว่าจะฆ่าตัวตาย แต่พอดีเจ้าหน้าที่ผ่านมาพอดีจึงช่วยได้ไว้ทันกจึงได้รวบรวมเงินจำนวนหนึ่ง พร้อมกับได้ให้เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยไตรคุณธรรม ไปส่งหญิงดังกล่าวขึ้นรถประจำทางชลบุรี-ร้อยเอ็ด เมื่อเวลา…
