เช้านี้ที่หมอชิต – ไล่ล่าโจรขับรถเก๋งเข้าวัดทำทีไหว้พระ ก่อนหยิบพระพุทธรูป 2 องค์ อายุ 60-70 ปีหลบหนี ช่วง 03.50 น.กล้องวงจรปิดในวัดคลองพระราม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ บันทึกภาพรถเก๋ง ยี่ห้อมาสด้า สีขาว ไม่ติดแผ่นป้ายทะเบียน ขับมาจอดปากทางเข้าพระอุโบสถ จากนั้นคนร้ายเป็นชาย ลงจากรถพร้อมสะพายกระเป๋าเป้ ทำทีเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวมาไหว้พระ หยิบมือถือมาถ่ายภาพ และยกมือไหว้พระ ก่อนอาศัยจังหวะพระในวัดสวดมนต์ เข้าไปใต้พระอุโบสถขโมยพระพุทธรูปขึ้นหลบหนี พระครูธีรธรรมากร เจ้าอาวาสวัดคลองพระราม พาไปชี้จุดที่คนร้ายเข้ามาขโมยพระพุทธรูป พบเป็นโต๊ะยาวตั้งพระพุทธรูปปางวัดเกิดไว้ให้ประชาชนกราบไหว้ ซึ่งพระพุทธรูปที่ถูกขโมย เป็นปางประจำวันจันทร์และวันพฤหัสบดี ขนาดหน้าตัก 9 นิ้ว เนื้อทองเหลือง สร้างมา 60-70 ปี นอกจากนี้ คนร้ายยังเตรียมขโมยพระพุทธรูปองค์ที่ 3 แต่มีพระลูกวัดเดินมาปิดประตูใต้พระอุโบสถ ทำให้คนร้ายทิ้งพระพุทธรูปไว้ข้างประตู ก่อนหลบหนี ทั้งนี้ เจ้าอาวาสมอบหมายให้คณะกรรมการวัดไปแจ้งความที่ สภ.พระสมุทรเจดีย์ เพื่อเร่งติดตามตัวคนร้ายมาดำเนินคดีแล้ว
