กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยารายงานพยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้าประจำวันที่ 3ํ.ค 2566 บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นกำลังปานกลางจากประเทศจีนได้แผ่ลงปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและทะเลจีนใต้แล้ว ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้และอ่าวไทยเข้ามาปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนจะมีฝนบางแห่งกับมีลมแรง โดยภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนดูแลรักษาสุขภาพเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลง สำหรับเกษตรกรควรเตรียมการป้องกันและระวังความเสียหายที่จะเกิดต่อผลผลิตทางการเกษตรไว้ด้วย สำหรับมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทยและภาคใต้มีกำลังปานกลาง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ภาคใต้ตอนล่างมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร ห่างฝั่งคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคใต้ตอนล่างระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ส่วนชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย พยากรณ์อากาศสำหรับประเทศไทย06:00 น. วันนี้ ถึง 06:00 น. วันพรุ่งนี้ภาคเหนือ อากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า และอุณหภูมิจะลดลงเล็กน้อย โดยมีฝนเล็กน้อยบางแห่ง ส่วนมากบริเวณจังหวัดตาก แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย และพะเยาอุณหภูมิต่ำสุด…
