“NRPT” เปิดโรงงาน Plant & Bean ผลิตอาหารโปรตีนจากพืชหรือแพลนต์เบสใหญ่ที่สุดในอาเซียน มีกำลังผลิตเฟสแรก 3,000 ตัน/ปี หนุนไทยเป็นฐานการผลิตแพลนต์เบสของโลก มั่นใจต้นปี 67 ผลิตสินค้าป้อนให้ลูกค้าในยุโรปและเอเชียหลังได้รับใบรับรองมาตรฐาน BRC นายบุรณิน รัตนสมบัติ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการกลุ่มธุรกิจใหม่และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) และประธานกรรมการ บริษัท อินโนบิก (เอเซีย) จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้โรงงานแพลนท์ แอนด์ บีน (ประเทศไทย) เริ่มเปิดดำเนินการเชิงพาณิชย์ผลิตอาหารโปรตีนจากพืช (Plant-based food) หรืออาหารแห่งอนาคต โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตขั้นสูงจากประเทศอังกฤษ โดยมีกำลังการผลิตเฟสแรก 3,000 ตันต่อปี คาดว่าจะผลิตเต็มกำลังผลิตได้ภายใน 2-3 ปีข้างหน้า หลังจากนั้นจะมีการขยายเฟส 2 ในพื้นที่เดิม มีกำลังการผลิตเพิ่มเป็น 1.3 หมื่นตัน และวางเป้าหมายกำลังผลิตสูงสุดที่ 2.5 หมื่นตันนับเป็นโรงงานผลิตแพลนต์เบสใหญ่ที่สุดในอาเซียน ทำให้ไทยเป็นฐานการผลิตอาหารแห่งอนาคตของโลก โรงงานแพลนท์ แอนด์ บีน…
