เพลิงไหม้บ้านวอดทั้งหลัง พร้อมรถกระบะเสียหาย 1 คัน และสุนัข 3 ตัวถูกไฟคลอกตาย 20 พ.ย.66 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.บางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ได้รับแจ้งมีเหตุเพลิงไหม้บ้านเรือนประชาชน เหตุเกิดภายในซอยบางปลา 6 ตำบลบางปลา อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ หลังรับแจ้งจึงประสานรถดับเพลิงจาก อบต.บางปลา พร้อม เทศบาลใกล้เคียง รวม 6 คัน และ เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิปอเต็กตึ๊ง รุดเดินทางไปตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุ ที่เกิดเหตุเข้าจากปากซอยไปเล็กน้อย พบเพลิงกำลังโหมลุกไหม้บ้าน ลักษณะเป็นบ้านไม้ชั้นเดียว และ รถกระบะที่จอดอยู่บริเวณหน้าบ้านอย่างรุนแรง เจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงใช้น้ำทำการดับ โดยใช้เวลากว่า 30 นาที เพลิงจึงสงบ จากการตรวจสอบ พบเพลิงได้ลุกไหม้บ้านหลังดังกล่าวเสียหายทั้งหลัง รวมทั้งรถยนต์กระบะ 1 คัน และ สุนัข อีก 3 ตัว ส่วนเจ้าของบ้านไฟลวกบาดเจ็บเล็กน้อย ขณะที่เข้าไฟดับไฟ เนื่องจากในขณะเกิดเหตุไม่มีใครอยู่ในบ้าน ส่วนสาเหตุที่แท้จริงต้องรอเจ้าหน้าที่พิสูจน์หลักฐานลงพื้นที่ในจุดเกิดเหตุอีกครั้ง
