21 ต.ค. 2566 ร.ต.อ.พสิษฐ์ เถาวัลยา พนักงานสอบสวนสภ.เชียงคำ รับแจ้งมีเหตุเพลิงไหม้ในพื้นที่หน้า รพ.เชียงคำ จึงได้ลงพื้นที่พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยมูลนิธิสยามรวมใจจุดเชียงคำ และประสานขอรถน้ำไปยังหน่วยงาน อปท. อีก 4 แห่งเพื่อเข้าควบคุมเพลิงไหม้ในครั้งนี้ เมื่อไปถึงทีเกิดเหตุเป็นตึกแถวหลายคูหา ซึ่งเป็นแบบ 2 ชั้น โดยต้นเพลิงอยู่ที่บ้านเลขที่ 463/15 ม.4 ต.หย่วน อ.เชียงคำ จ.พะเยา เพลิงกำลังลุกไหม้อยู่คูหาตรงกลาง เจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงจึงช่วยกันสกัดเพลิงไม่ให้ลุกลามไปยังคูหาอื่น ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง จึงสามารถควบคุมเพลิงไว้ได้ ส่วนเจ้าของบ้านทราบชื่อคือ น.ส.กัลยากร บุญรักษา อายุ 42 ปี และนายนพพร จันทอน อายุ 48 ปี รวมทั้งลูกชายอายุ 12 ปี ทั้งหมดหนีตายออกมาจากกองเพลิงได้อย่างหวุดหวิด และปลอดภัยทั้งหมด น.ส.กัลยากร กล่าวว่า เวลาประมาณ 23.00 น. เมื่อวันที่ 21 ต.ค. ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า เมื่อเวลาเที่ยงคืนที่ผ่านมา ทาง ร.ต.อ.พสิษฐ์ เถาวัลยา พนักงานสอบสวนร้อยเวร สภ.เชียงคำ จ.พะเยา ได้รับแจ้งทางวิทยุว่ามีเหตุเพลิงไหม้ในพื้นที่ หน้า รพ.เชียงคำ จึงได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบ พร้อมประสานขอรถน้ำไปยังหน่วยงาน อปท. อีก 4 แห่ง เพื่อเข้าควบคุมเพลิงไหม้ในครั้งนี้ เมื่อไปถึงที่เกิดเหตุพบว่าเป็นตึกแถวหลายคูหา ซึ่งเป็นแบบ 2 ชั้น เลขที่ 463/15 หมู่ 4 ต.หย่วน อ.เชียงคำ จ.พะเยา โดยเพลิงกำลังลุกไหม้อยู่คูหาตรงกลาง เจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงจึงช่วยกันสกัดเพลิงไม่ให้ลุกลามไปยังคูหาอื่นซึ่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 ชม. จึงสามารถควบคุมเพลิงไว้ได้ ด้านเจ้าของคูหาทราบชื่อต่อมาคือ น.ส.กัลยากร บุญรักษา อายุ 42 ปี และนายนพพร จันทอน อายุ 48 ปี รวมทั้งลูกชายอายุ 12 ขวบ ทั้งหมดหนีตายได้อย่างหวุดหวิด และปลอดภัยทั้งหมด น.ส.กัลยากร ได้เล่าว่า…
