ตำรวจแวงน้อยเรียกผู้โดยสารในรถตู้สอบปากคำ-หาหลักฐานเพิ่มเชื่อมโยงคดี
ศูนย์ข่าวขอนแก่น -“คดีโชเฟอร์รถตู้ล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กหญิงวัย 13 ปี ตำรวจภูธรแวงน้อยเรียกสอบปากคำผู้โดยสารที่อยู่บนรถตู้ทั้งหมด เผยผลตรวจพิสูจน์หลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ทั้งจาก DNA คนขับ และภายในรถตู้ยังไม่แล้วเสร็จ ยังไม่ยืนยันการพบคราบเลือดในรถตามที่สื่อบางสำนักนำเสนอ ความคืบหน้ากรณีนายเดช อายุ 50 ปี คนขับรถตู้โดยสารไม่ประจำทาง โดยใช้ชื่อ “น้าเดช รถตู้ ดีทัวร์ แวงน้อยคลาสสิค” หมายเลขทะเบียน 33-8316 กรุงเทพมหานคร ตกเป็นผู้ถูกกล่าวหาคดีข่มขืนกระทำชำเรา ด.ญ.เอ (นามสมมติ) อายุ 13 ปี ชาว อ.แวงน้อย จ.ขอนแก่น ขณะที่นั่งรถตู้คันดังกล่าวไปหาพ่อแม่ในช่วงปิดภาคเรียน แต่ระหว่างทาง ด.ญ.เออ้างว่า ได้ถูกนายเดชข่มขืนกระทำชำเรา จนนางแตง (นามสมมติ) อายุ 63 ปี ผู้เป็นย่าเห็นความผิดปกติของหลานสาว ก่อนจะทราบภายหลังว่าหลานสาวถูกนายเดชข่มขืนกระทำชำเรา จนทำให้หลานสาวกลายเป็นคนเสียสติ เหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 1-2 ต.ค.ที่ผ่านมา โดยเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มงานตรวจทางเคมี ฟิสิกส์ กองพิสูจน์หลักฐาน 4 นำรถตู้มาตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติม เพื่อหาหลักฐานที่อาจเชื่อมโยงในคดี พ.ต.อ.สมมาตย์ มั่งไธสง…
