หลายหน่วยงานจังหวัดชัยนาทลงพื้นที่ช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบปัญหาด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ไร้ที่พึ่ง นางเพชรลดา ธนูญศักดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์คุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่งจังหวัดชัยนาท พร้อมด้วย นางวาริน วีระสุนทร หัวหน้าบ้านพักเด็กและครอบครัวจังหวัดชัยนาท เจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลตำบลบ้านกล้วย และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าตรวจสอบที่อาคารเก็บเรือยาวบริเวณหน้าวัดพระยาตาก ต.บ้านกล้วย อ.เมืองชัยนาท หลังได้รับแจ้งมีคนไร้บ้านจำนวน 3 คน เข้ามาพักอาศัยเป็นเวลา 2 คืนแล้ว เป็นหญิงอายุ 77 ปี (ป่วยติดเตียง) หญิง 49 ปี และชายอายุ 22 ปี (หลาน) และสุนัข 3 ตัว ซึ่ง 1 ใน 3 ตัว มีพฤติกรรมดุร้าย จึงต้องขังไว้ในรถพ่วงข้าง โดยหญิงวัย 49 ปี เปิดเผยว่า ก่อนหน้านี้เคยเช่าบ้านอยู่สองคนกับแม่ แต่ถูกเจ้าของบ้านไล่ออกมาอาจเนื่องจากมีสุนัขดุ ตอนมาอาศัยนอนที่ศาลาริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาหน้าวัดพระยาตาก รู้สึกกลัวจึงให้ลูกชาย (ลูกเลี้ยง) มาอยู่เป็นเพื่อน ส่วนสุนัขตัวที่ดุร้ายต้องขังไว้ตลอดเวลา เพราะก่อนหน้านี้เคยกัดคนจนได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัสมาแล้ว ตนมีพี่น้อง 4…
