จับรถ 22 ล้อเถื่อนบรรทุกทราย ชั่งหนักพบเกือบทะลุ 100 ตันววิ่งบนนถน เกิดกฎหมายกำหนด
ตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง (CIB) ร่วมกันจับกุม นายอำพล อายุ 21 ปี ในความผิดฐาน “ใช้ยานพาหนะที่มีน้ำหนักบรรทุกเกินกว่าอัตราที่กฎหมายกำหนดมาใช้บนทางหลวง, เป็นผู้ประจำรถทำหน้าที่ขับรถโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต, ใช้รถในการขนส่งโดยไม่เสียภาษี, ประกอบการขนส่งโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต” โดยสามารถจับกุมได้ที่ถนนพลดำริห์ ทล.346 กม.63 ต.ไผ่หูข้าง อ.บางเลน จ.นครปฐม เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2566 สืบเนื่องจาก เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชุดจับกุมจึงได้ออกตรวจพื้นที่รับผิดชอบในพื้นที่ อ.บางเลน จ.นครปฐม โดยพบรถบรรทุกไม่ประจำทางชนิดหัวลาก ยี่ห้ออีซูซุ สีขาว ลากจูงรถบรรทุกชนิดพ่วง ไม่ติดแผ่นป้ายทะเบียน วิ่งมาบนถนน โดยมีลักษณะเป็นการบรรทุกสิ่งของที่มีน้ำหนักเกิน เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงได้เรียกให้หยุดรถเพื่อขอตรวจสอบ จากการตรวจสอบพบผู้ขับขี่ คือ นายอำพล โดยจากการสอบถามนายอำพลฯ ให้การกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจว่าตนเองไม่ได้นำใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถบรรทุกประเภทชนิดที่ 3 ติดตัวมา มีเพียงบัตรประชาชน มาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งภายหลังเมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจตรวจสอบข้อมูลใบอนุญาตขับขี่ กลับไม่พบข้อมูลใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถบรรทุกประเภทชนิดที่ 3 ตามที่นายอำพลฯ กล่าวอ้าง หลังจากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงได้ทำการตรวจสอบรถบรรทุกคันดังกล่าว พบว่าส่วนหัวลากมีสถานะสิ้นอายุภาษี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 ก.ย.65 และส่วนพ่วง นอกจากจะไม่มีการติดแผ่นป้ายทะเบียนแล้ว…
