เช้านี้ที่หมอชิต – คุณตา ถูกสุนัขพิตบุลล์ ที่เลี้ยงไว้แก้เหงา กระโดดกัดลำคอ ใบหน้า และแขนอาการสาหัส เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยเร่งช่วยเหลือ นายยอด ทัตธะศรี อายุ 85 ปี นอนเลือดท่วมตัว หลังถูกสุนัขพิตบุลล์ ที่เลี้ยงไว้แก้เหงากระโดดกัด ภายในบ้านพัก ตำบลหนองปรือ อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี เบื้องต้นพบบาดแผลฉกรรจ์ ที่ลำคอซ้ายจนถึงท้ายทอย ที่หน้าผาก และแขนทั้งสองข้าง นางปริยา บุญเทศ อายุ 56 ปี ผู้เห็นเหตุการณ์ เล่าว่า ตนมาเก็บเงินค่าไฟฟ้าที่บ้านเกิดเหตุ แต่ผู้บาดเจ็บอยู่ในบ้าน จึงตะโกนเรียกหา จังหวะผู้บาดเจ็บเดินออกมา มีสุนัขเดินนำมาก่อนจู่ ๆ สุนัขกระโจนเข้ากัดผู้บาดเจ็บไม่ยอมปล่อย จนผู้บาดเจ็บหมดแรงล้มตัวนอนกับพื้น ตนไม่กล้าเข้าไป เลยตะโกนร้องหาคนช่วย ทำให้สุนัขวิ่งหนีเข้าไปหลบในบ้าน
