จากกรณีเมื่อเวลา 04.00 น. วันที่ 7 พ.ย. 66 พ.ต.ต.ชิตพงศ์ ช่างประดิษฐ์ สว.(สอบสวน) สภ.เมืองนนทบุรี รับแจ้งมีเหตุรถยนต์เก๋ง ชนท้ายรถเก็บขยะของเทศบาลนครนนทบุรี มีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ 2 ราย เหตุเกิดปากซอยกรุงเทพนนท์ 13 ถนนกรุงเทพนนท์ มุ่งหนัาแยกติวานนท์ ต.บางเขน อ.เมืองนนทบุรี ที่เกิดเหตุพบ นายสุเทพ อายุ 49 ปี คนขับรถเก็บขยะ ให้การว่า ขณะขับรถออกเก็บขยะมาตามถนนกรุงเทพนนท์ มุ่งหน้าแยกติวานนท์ มี นายวิรัตน์ และนายชูศักดิ์ เป็นพนักงานเก็บขยะท้ายรถ พอมาถึงปากซอยกรุงเทพนนท์ 13 จุดเกิดเหตุ มีรถเก๋งขับมาชนท้ายรถเก็บขยะอย่างจัง ตนได้รีบลงมาดู พบว่าพนักงานทั้ง 2 ราย ได้รับบาดเจ็บตามลำตัวและขา ทั้ง 2 ข้าง เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยได้ช่วยเหลือนำตัวส่ง รพ.พระนั่งเกล้า แพทย์ต้องนำเข้าห้องฉุกเฉินช่วยเหลือรักษาเป็นการด่วน เบื้องต้นพนักงานสอบสวนได้สอบปากคำคนขับรถเก็บขยะ ส่วนผู้บาดเจ็บทั้ง 2 ราย ยังรักษาตัวอยู่ที่โรงพยาบาล ไม่สามารถสอบปากคำได้ ส่วนคนที่ขับรถเก๋ง…
