วันนี้ (3 พฤศจิกายน) ฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์กร บริษัท ไทยสไมล์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด ชี้แจงกรณีที่มีข่าวปรากฏในสื่อว่า รถโดยสารพลังงานไฟฟ้าไทยสมายล์บัส สาย 140 เดิม หรือสาย 4-23E ตามหมายเลขปฏิรูป เส้นทางแสมดำ-อนุสาวรีย์ชัยสมรภูมิ (ทางด่วน) ขาดระยะ และมีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการเดินทางของพี่น้องประชาชน ทางบริษัทไทยสมายล์บัสตรวจสอบพบว่ารถขาดระยะจริง ซึ่งทางบริษัทได้แก้ไขปัญหาเพิ่มการดูแลผู้โดยสารอย่างทันทีในวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2566 โดยวางแผนการปล่อยรถเพิ่มขึ้นในระยะเวลาชั่วโมงเร่งด่วน ช่วงเช้า ตั้งแต่เวลา 04.30-08.30 น. และช่วงเย็น ตั้งแต่เวลา 16.00-20.00 น. กำหนดปล่อยรถออกให้บริการทุก 5-7 นาที ส่วนช่วงปกติกำหนดระยะเวลาปล่อยรถออกจากอู่ต้นทางที่ให้บริการเฉลี่ยทุก 10 นาที สำหรับรอบให้บริการของรถเมล์โดยสารพลังงานไฟฟ้า ทางบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการเพิ่มรถ เพิ่มรอบการให้บริการต่อเนื่องในช่วงสัปดาห์นี้ จนถึงวันจันทร์ที่ 6 พฤศจิกายนเป็นต้นไป รถในสายดังกล่าวจะมีค่าเฉลี่ยรถวิ่งให้บริการมากกว่า 136 เที่ยวต่อวัน จึงขอให้พี่น้องประชาชนมั่นใจว่าไทยสมายล์บัสจะมีรถให้บริการเพียงพอ โดยบริษัทฯ พร้อมนำข้อติชมมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง อ้างอิง: บริษัท…
