จังหวัดอุดรธานีมอบหญ้าอาหารสัตว์พระราชทานแก่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัยอำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานีมอบหญ้าอาหารสัตว์พระราชทาน เพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรผู้ประสบอุทกภัยอำเภอกุมภวาปี ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดอุดรธานี บูรณาการปศุสัตว์อำเภอกุมภวาปี องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตูมใต้ มอบหญ้าอาหารสัตว์พระราชทาน และความช่วยเหลือด้านต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นการบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนและให้ความช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรผู้ประสบอุทกภัยของอำเภอกุมภวาปี วันที่ 10 ตุลาคม 2566 ที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตูมใต้ ตำบลตูมใต้ อำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี นายวันชัย คงเกษม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานมอบหญ้าอาหารสัตว์พระราชทาน และความช่วยเหลือด้านต่างๆ เพื่อให้ความช่วยเหลือบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนเบื้องตนแก่เกษตรกรผู้ประสบอุทกภัยของอำเภอกุมภวาปี โดยมีนายเจริญจิต สืบสาววงศ์ นายอำเภอกุมภวาปี นายเสริมศักดิ์ ปัญญาใส นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตูมใต้ คณะผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตูมใต้ ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เกษตรกรตำบลตูมใต้ ร่วมพิธี นายสุมนชาติ แสงปัญญา ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดอุดรธานี กล่าวรายงานว่า จากการที่จังหวัดอุดรธานีได้รับอิทธิพลจากร่องมรสุมกำลังแรงพาดผ่าน ทำให้ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากติดต่อกันหลายวัน เกิดเป็นอุทกภัยวงในกว้าง ส่งผลกระทบต่อสัตว์เลี้ยงของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ของอำเภอกุมภวาปี จนทำให้เกษตรกร มีความเดือดร้อน ชาดแคลนอาหารสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง บางพื้นที่มีการอพยพสัตว์เลี้ยงไปในพื้นที่สูงที่มีความปลอดภัย มีสัตว์เจ็บป่วยที่ต้องการการดูแสรักษาอย่างทันท่วงที ซึ่งในเบื้องต้นสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยสำนักงานปศุสัตว์ อำเภอกุมภวาปี ได้ระดมสรรพกำลัง เพื่อออกให้ความช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสัตว์ ทั้งด้านการอพยพสัตว์…
