กษ.ร่วม สสส.-FAO พัฒนาระบบเกษตร-อาหารที่ยั่งยืน หลังโลกเผชิญวิกฤตขาดแคลน
นายเศรษฐเกียรติ กระจ่างวงษ์ รองปลัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ กล่าวว่า น้ำ เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญต่อความมั่นคงทางอาหาร โดยเกือบ 2.5 พันล้านคนทั่วโลก กำลังเผชิญวิกฤตขาดแคลนน้ำสะอาด ส่งผลกระทบต่อภาคเกษตรและอาหารอย่างรุนแรง โดยแนวคิด Water is life, Water is Food, Leave No One Behind เนื่องในวันอาหารโลก 2566 จึงเป็นเป้าหมายที่สหประชาชาติให้ความสำคัญ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (กษ.) ได้ร่วมมือกับสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) และองค์การเกษตรและอาหารแห่งสหประชาติ (FAO) จัดการประชุมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง ระบบเกษตรและอาหารที่ยั่งยืน อิ่มและดี 2030 เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนการทำงานของทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องที่มุ่งเป้าให้เกิดระบบเกษตรและอาหารที่ยั่งยืนในอนาคต

ข่าวเศรษฐกิจ10:43น.2023-10-31 นายภูมิธรรม เวชยชัย รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรมว.พาณิชย์ เปิดเผยว่า วานนี้ 30 (ต.ค.) ได้พบสมาคมชาวนาและเกษตรกรไทย เพื่อรับฟังปัญหาข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรกรชาวนา หลังจากได้พบกับผู้ประกอบการโรงสีและผู้ส่งออกไปแล้ว ซึ่งรัฐบาลไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ข้าวเพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งขณะนี้ได้หารือกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว เตรียมชงมาตรการ 4 มาตรการเข้าสู่คณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ในวันที่ 1 พ.ย. นี้ ซึ่งมีนายกรัฐมนตรีเป็นประธาน และเร่งนำเข้าสู่ที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) ซึ่งคาดว่ามาตรการที่ให้เกษตรกร สหกรณ์ และให้ผู้ประกอบการช่วยเก็บสต็อกและเสริมสภาพคล่อง จะทำให้ราคาข้าวเปลือกในฤดูกาลนี้มีเสถียรภาพ สำหรับแผนรับมือผลผลิต 66/67 ที่จะออกสู่ตลาดในช่วงเดือน พ.ย. นี้ ได้เตรียมรักษาเสถียรภาพราคาข้าว ปีการผลิต 2566/67 จำนวน 4 โครงการ ได้แก่ 1. การเก็บสต็อกเกษตรกรและสหกรณ์เพื่อชะลอข้าวเปลือก เป้าหมาย 3 ล้านตัน โดยช่วย 1,500 บาท/ตันบาท/ กรณีเข้าร่วมกับสหกรณ์ สหกรณ์รับ 1,000 บาท/ตัน เกษตรกรรับ 500…
