เช้าข่าว 7 สี – ข่าวนี้ต้องเรียกว่ามากันเป็นแก๊ง สำหรับแก๊งลักรถจักรยานยนต์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรี ต้องถามว่าใจคอจะจ้องขโมยให้หมดจริง ๆ เลยใช่ไหม ลงมือแบบนี้ ไม่หยามตำรวจกันไปหน่อยหรือ ภาพกล้องวงจรปิดจับภาพชายสวมเสื้อแขนยาวสีดำ กางเกงยีน สวมหมวกกันน็อก เดินตรงไปที่รถจักรยานยนต์คันหน้าสุดที่เจ้าของจอดเอาไว้ข้างตึกหอพัก พอถึงรถก็นั่งลงไปทำอะไรสักอย่างข้าง ๆ รถ แล้วลุกขึ้นมาใช้มือหนึ่งจับแฮนด์เอาไว้ แล้วใช้เท้าถีบเข้าไปที่แฮนด์อีกด้าน เพื่อหักคอรถจักรยานยนต์ เสร็จแล้วก็ขึ้นไปนั่งคร่อม พยักหน้าให้เพื่อนที่รออยู่ตามมา จากนั้นก็จะเห็นภาพชายอีก 4 คน ซึ่งทั้งหมดสวมเสื้อผ้าสีดำ ทยอยกันไถรถจักรยานยนต์ตามกันไปคนละคัน เหตุการณ์นี้เกิดขึ้นที่หอพักแห่งหนึ่ง ในซอยนายขาว พื้นที่ตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี เมื่อช่วง 02.00 น. เมื่อคืนวานนี้เอง เมื่อเช้าวานนี้ พอเจ้าของรถจักรยานยนต์ลงมาที่จอดรถ จะขี่ไปทำงานก็หารถตัวเองไม่เจอ สอบถามดูก็ตกใจ เพราะมีรถของผู้ที่พักอาศัย หายไปรวม 3 คัน แล้วไม่ใช่รถจักรยานยนต์ที่หอพักแห่งนี้แห่งเดียวที่ถูกคนร้ายมาขโมย สอบถามคนในละแวกนั้นก็พบว่าที่หอพักใกล้เคียงกันก็มีรถจักรยานยนต์ถูกขโมยไปอีก 2 คันด้วย ผู้เสียหายทั้ง 5 คน ได้ไปแจ้งความเอาไว้แล้ว ที่ สภ.หนองขาม…

เช้าข่าว 7 สี – คนขับรถบรรทุกพ่วงไม่พอใจรถยนต์ที่บีบแตรเตือน จากนั้นจึงพยายามขับปาดหลายครั้ง บทสรุปเจอข้อหาผู้ใดขับรถในลักษณะที่เห็นได้ว่าไม่คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยในชีวิตหรือร่างกายของผู้อื่นต้องระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกิน 1 ปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่ 5,000-20,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ซึ่งมันเหมาะสมกับพฤติกรรมที่เกิดหรือเปล่า เป็นพฤติกรรมของรถบรรทุกพ่วง 2 คัน ที่ขับปาดรถยนต์ของผู้เสียหายหลายครั้ง บนถนนพระราม 2 ฝั่งขาออกจากรุงเทพมหานคร พื้นที่อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ที่ถูกนำไปโพสต์ลงเฟซบุ๊ก จนผู้เสียหายต้องแวะจอดเข้าปั๊มน้ำมัน เพื่อความปลอดภัย เหตุเกิดเมื่อวันที่ 28 ตุลาคมที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งจากกรณีที่เกิดขึ้น ตำรวจทางหลวงนครปฐม ได้รับการประสานจาก สภ.เมืองสมุทรสงคราม ให้ติดตามจับกุมคนขับรถพ่วงทั้ง 2 คัน ติดตามจับกุมตัวคนขับรถบรรทุกพ่วงทั้ง 2 คันไว้ได้ เมื่อวานนี้ และถูกนำตัวส่งพนักงานสอบสวน สภ.เมืองสมุทรสงคราม โดยคนขับรถบรรทุกพ่วงคันแรก ให้การว่า ขณะขับรถบรรทุกพ่วงมาตามถนนพระราม 2 จนเมื่อมาเจอกับรถยนต์ของผู้เสียหาย รถยนต์ผู้เสียหายได้พยายามที่จะขับแซงรถบรรทุกพ่วงของตนขึ้นมาทางด้านซ้าย แต่แซงไม่พ้น ก่อนที่ผู้เสียหายจะบีบแตรใส่รถบรรทุกพ่วงของตน ตนจึงเกิดความโมโหที่ถูกบีบแตรใส่ จึงขับขี่รถบรรทุกพ่วงในลักษณะปาดหน้ารถยนต์ผู้เสียหายไปมา จนรถยนต์ของผู้เสียหายได้หักหลบลงข้างทาง ต่อมารถยนต์ของผู้เสียหายได้ขับตามมาทันอีกครั้ง…
