พบแฮชแท็ก #saveกอรมน ออกมาคัดค้านการเคลื่อนไหวของ รอมฎอน ปันจอร์ สส.บัญชีรายชื่อ พรรคก้าวไกล เสนอร่างกฎหมายยุบ กอ.รมน. โดยเฉพาะเพจการเมืองต่างๆ ชี้เข้าทางฝ่ายผู้ก่อความไม่สงบจะสามารถใช้ความรุนแรงได้ ที่ผ่านมาให้อำนาจเจ้าหน้าที่ยับยั้งภัยไม่ให้เกิดขึ้นก่อนภัยจะเกิด วันนี้ (28 ต.ค.) จากกรณีที่นายรอมฎอน ปันจอร์ สส.บัญชีรายชื่อ พรรคก้าวไกล เสนอร่างพระราชบัญญัติยกเลิกพระราชบัญญัติการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร พ.ศ. 2551 พ.ศ. …. เพื่อยกเลิกกฎหมายว่าด้วยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายใน เนื่องจากเห็นว่า กฎหมายว่าด้วยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายใน ให้อำนาจข้าราชการทหารมีอำนาจมาก ในการดำเนินงานเรื่องความมั่นคงภายในประเทศผ่านกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร (กอ.รมน.) ที่มีลักษณะความสลับซับซ้อนภายในองค์กร และยังเป็นหน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่ทับซ้อนกับหน่วยงานอื่น ทำให้สิ้นเปลืองกำลังคน งบประมาณ จึงไม่มีความเหมาะสมที่ให้มีหน่วยงานนี้ในบริบทสังคมปัจจุบันอีกต่อไป เห็นสมควรยุบ กอ.รมน. ขณะนี้กฎหมายดังกล่าวอยู่ในระหว่างเปิดรับความคิดเห็น ตามมาตรา 77 ของรัฐธรรมนูญปี 2560 โดยมีประเด็นเพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็น ได้แก่ 1. ท่านเห็นด้วยกับการยุบกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร (กอ.รมน.) หรือไม่ อย่างไร 2. ท่านเห็นด้วยกับการโอนบรรดากิจการ ทรัพย์สิน งบประมาณ หนี้ สิทธิ…
