จากกรณีเมื่อวันที่ 26 ต.ค. 66 เวลา 22.20 น. ที่ผ่านมา อาสาสมัครกู้ภัยทางหลวงธวัชบุรี ได้รับแจ้งว่ามีอุบัติเหตุรถจักรยานยนต์ล้มเอง บนถนนแจ้งสนิท สายร้อยเอ็ด-ธวัชบุรี บ้านหนองบัว ต.นิเวศน์ อ.ธวัชบุรี จ.ร้อยเอ็ด จึงรุดออกตรวจสอบพร้อม กู้ชีพเทศบาลตำบลอุ่มเม้า ที่เกิดเหตุเป็นไหล่ถนนขนาด 4 ช่องจราจร ก่อนข้ามสะพานห้วยผักแพงพวย พบเพียงรถจักรยานยนต์ สีน้ำเงิน-ดำ จอดอยู่ข้างทาง สภาพโซ่ตก มีเสื้อแขนยาวสีเทาพันติดอยู่กับโซ่รถ พบคราบเลือดริมไหล่ทาง ส่วนผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บเป็นเด็กอายุ 5 ขวบ พลเมืองดีได้นำส่งโรงพยาบาลไปก่อนหน้านี้ แต่ไม่พบแขนซ้ายท่อนล่าง เนื่องจากได้ขาดหายไปในจุดเกิดเหตุ ต่อมาอาสาสมัครกู้ภัยทางหลวงธวัชบุรีและเจ้าหน้าที่กู้ชีพ จึงได้ตรวจสอบหาอวัยวะที่ขาดหายไป จนพบแขนซ้ายท่อนล่างตกอยู่ข้างทาง จึงได้รีบเก็บแล้วนำส่งโรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ด เพื่อรักษาอาการผู้บาดเจ็บต่อไป จากการสอบถามแม่ของผู้บาดเจ็บ บอกว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุตนได้ขับรถจักรยานยนต์ซ้อนลูกสาว 5 ขวบ และลูกชาย 4 ขวบ เดินทางออกจากบ้าน ที่ บ.หนองหุ่ง ต.ขอนแก่น อ.เมืองร้อยเอ็ด เพื่อไปหาญาติ ที่ อ.เสลภูมิ…
