เมื่อวันที่ 18 ต.ค. ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า ได้เกิดอุบัติเหตุบนถนนสาย 226 ช่วงบ้านหนองห้าง ต.หนองห้าง อ.อุทุมพรพิสัย จ.ศรีสะเกษ พบรถบรรทุกพ่วง 22 ล้อ หัวลาก ทะเบียน 71-1853 เพชรบุรี หางพ่วง ทะเบียน 71-1919 เพชรบุรี ขนวัวมาเต็มคันรถเกือบ 100 ตัว เสียหลักพลิกคว่ำ เทกระจาด เป็นเหตุให้วัวตายคาที่และได้รับบาดเจ็บหนักอีกเป็นจำนวนมาก จากการสอบถามนายอนันต์ เชื้อสกุล อายุ 32 ปี คนขับรถบรรทุกพ่วง 18 ล้อ เล่าว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุตนได้รับว่าจ้างจากเจ้าของวัวที่มารับซื้อวัวที่ จ.อุบลราชธานี และ จ.ศรีสะเกษ โดยนำเอารถพ่วง 18 ล้อ มาบรรทุกวัวรวมทั้งสิ้นประมาณ 90 ตัว เพื่อนำเอาวัวไปส่งที่ อ.กุยบุรี จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เมื่อมาถึงบริเวณที่เกิดเหตุเวลาประมาณ 04.00 น. ปรากฏว่าได้หักหลบแบริเออร์และกรวยยางที่วางอยู่กลางถนน ที่กำลังทำการลาดยางและปรับปรุงผิวจราจร โดยที่ไม่มีสัญญาณไฟใด…
