ผบ.ตร.เซ็นคำสั่งให้นายพลเล็ก 273 ราย นั่งรักษาราชการแทน โดยขาดจากตำแหน่งเดิม หลังก.ตร.มีมติแต่งตั้งโยกย้ายวันนี้ ( 27 ต.ค.) ที่สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ (ตร.) พล.ต.อ.ต่อศักดิ์ สุขวิมล ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ (ผบ.ตร.) มีหนังสือคำสั่งตร.ที่ 596/2566 ลงวันที่ 27 ต.ค. เรื่อง ให้ข้าราชการตำรวจรักษาราชการแทน ใจความว่า ตามที่สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติได้มีคำสั่งที่ 566/2566 ลงวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2566 และคำสั่งที่ 583/2566 ลงวันที่ 17 ตุลาคม 2566 ให้ข้าราชการตำรวจรักษาราชการแทนในตำแหน่งระดับรองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติและจเรตำรวจแห่งชาติ ลงมาถึงระดับผู้บัญชาการและจเรตำรวจ โดยให้ขาดจากตำแหน่งหน้าที่เดิมนั้น เนื่องจาก ก.ตร. ในการประชุมครั้งที่ 12/2566 เมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2566 มีมติให้ความเห็นชอบการตัดเลือกแต่งตั้งข้าราชการตำรวจดำรงตำแหน่งระตับรองผู้บัญชาการและรองจเรตำรวจลงมาถึงระดับผู้บังคับการ วาระประจำปี 2566 ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินการแต่งตั้งข้าราชการตำรวจให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนของกฎหมาย ดังนั้น เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติราชการของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและมีประสิทธิภาพ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 105 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติตำรวจแห่งชาติ…
