ครบสองเดือนแล้วที่ นายทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งเป็นผู้ต้องขังเด็ดขาดชั้นดี ในการควบคุมของกรมราชทัณฑ์ ที่ก้าวขาเข้าเรือนจำไม่กี่ชั่วโมง ก็ถูกส่งตัวเข้าพักรักษาอาการป่วยที่ รพ.ตร. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 ส.ค. 2566 ด้วยอาการป่วยหลายโรคกำเริบกะทันหัน หากนับเวลาจนถึงวันนี้ก็ครบ 60 วันพอดิบพอดี ยังไม่มีวี่แววว่าอาการจะดีขึ้นเมื่อใด ซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้ในโลกออนไลน์ก็มีภาพ “นายทักษิณ” นอนบนรถเข็นโรงพยาบาล ถูกนำลงมาทำ CT Scan และ MRI จนมีการตั้งข้อสังเกตว่าเป็นการเล่นละครฉากหนึ่ง เพื่อขอต่อเวลารักษาตัวที่ รพ.ตำรวจหรือไม่? ล่าสุดเมื่อวานนี้ (21ต.ค.66) กรมราชทัณฑ์ได้ชี้แจงกรณีการรักษาตัวของ นายทักษิณ ที่เข้ารักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลภายนอก และครบกำหนด 60 วันแล้ว ซึ่งมีความเห็นจากแพทย์โรงพยาบาลตำรวจผู้ทำการรักษา เห็นว่ายังมีความจำเป็นต้องรักษาตัวอยู่ ณ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ ส่วนรายละเอียดของการเจ็บป่วยนั้น เป็นไปตามหลักการคุ้มครองสิทธิผู้ป่วยและ ตามจรรยาบรรณของแพทย์ ไม่สามารถเปิดเผยข้อมูลออกสู่สาธารณชนได้ ตามพระราชบัญญัติสุขภาพแห่งชาติ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ป่วย ทั้งนี้ รายละเอียดตามกฎกระทรวง การส่งตัวผู้ต้องขังไปรักษาตัวนอกเรือนจำ พ.ศ.2563 ระบุว่า – การพักรักษาตัวเกินกว่า 30…
