“ทนายนกเขา” บุก รพ.ตำรวจสอบถามอาการป่วย “ทักษิณ” ปักหลักจนกว่าจะได้คำตอบ จี้หาบัตรนักโทษ วันแรกที่รับตัวมารักษา 22 ต.ค.2566 – เมื่อเวลา 15.00 น. เครือข่ายนักศึกษาประชาชนปฏิรูปประเทศไทย (คปท.) นำโดย นายพิชิต ไชยมงคล และเครือข่ายพร้อมด้วย นายนิติธร ล้ำเหลือ หรือ “ทนายนกเขา” นัดมวลชนใส่รองเท้าผ้าใบเดินไปเยี่ยม “น.ช.ทักษิณ” ที่ชั้น 14 รพ.ตำรวจ “เพื่อให้คนไทยได้ทราบข้อเท็จจริง เกี่ยวกับการป่วยของของ น.ช.ทักษิณ “ หลังจากเข้ารักษาตัวครบ 60 วัน และทางกรมราชทัณฑ์ได้ชี้แจงเหตุที่นายทักษิณ ยังต้องนอนรักษาตัวต่อเพราะได้รับความเห็นจากแพทย์ผู้ทำการรักษาเห็นว่ายังมีความจำเป็นต้องรักษาตัวอยู่ต่อที่ รพ.ตำรวจ แต่รายละเอียดของการเจ็บป่วยนั้นไม่สามารถเปิดเผยข้อมูลออกสู่สาธารณชนได้ตาม พ.ร.บ.สุขภาพแห่งชาติ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ป่วย ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า การจัดกิจกรรมของกลุ่ม คปท.ได้เริ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่ช่วงบ่ายที่ลานด้านข้างห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลเวิร์ล หน้าโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ แยกราชประสงค์ ถนนพระราม 1 โดยกิจกรรมมีการแสดงออกเชิงสัญลักษณ์นักโทษทักษิณต้องอยู่ในคุก แต่กลับได้รับอภิสิทธิ์ เป็นนักโทษเทวดา และมีการปราศรัยสลับแสดงความคิดเห็นสลับการการเล่นดนตรีให้ผู้ชุมนุมได้ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน จากนั้นเวลา 15.30 น.นายนิติธร พร้อมแกนนำ คปท.ได้เข้าไปที่ รพ.ตำรวจ…
