อย. แจ้งยกเลิกข่าวประกาศผลการตรวจพิสูจน์อาหาร อย. ตรวจพบเนื้อนมไม่รวมไขมัน ไม่เป็นไปตามที่มาตรฐานกำหนด ล่าสุดหลังกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ทวนสอบซ้ำ! พบเนื้อนมไม่รวมไขมันเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ไม่เข้าข่ายเป็นอาหารปลอม ส่วนผลก่อนหน้าคลาดเคลื่อน เหตุปัญหาถ่ายโอนข้อมูล เมื่อวันที่ 25 ตุลาคม นพ.ณรงค์ อภิกุลวณิช รักษาราชการแทนเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา กล่าวว่า จากข่าวประกาศผลการตรวจพิสูจน์อาหาร สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ตรวจพบเนื้อนมไม่รวมไขมัน ไม่เป็นไปตามที่มาตรฐานกำหนด ในผลิตภัณฑ์เอนฟาโกร เอพลัส มายด์โปร ดีเอชเอ พลัส เอ็มเอฟจีเอ็ม โปร 4 วิท ทู-เอฟแอล เครื่องหมายการค้า ผลิตภัณฑ์นมชนิดละลายทันที วันผลิต 05/04/2022 ควรบริโภคก่อน 05/10/2023 โดยผลการตรวจจากกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ พบเนื้อนมไม่รวมไขมัน ไม่เข้ามาตรฐานตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบับที่ 352) พ.ศ. 2556 ซึ่งมีการเผยแพร่ข่าวเมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2566 นั้น ทางกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ได้มีการทวนสอบการรายงานผลการทดสอบตัวอย่างฉบับที่ R66031600791 ลงวันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2566 พบว่ามีการรายงาน “เนื้อนมไม่รวมไขมัน” คลาดเคลื่อนจากความเป็นจริง โดยข้อเท็จจริงผลเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ดังนั้น กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ จึงได้ยกเลิกรายงานผลการทดสอบตัวอย่างฉบับดังกล่าว…
