1 critical, 1 injured after car gets trapped under Amazon semi in Indy


INDIANAPOLIS — One person is in serious condition and another has walked away from a crash involving a semi truck Sunday morning.

The 23-year-old man driving the car was transported to a local hospital in critical condition around 5:15 a.m., and the 37-year-old driver of the semi was checked on the scene and released.

The driver of the Amazon semi was heading eastbound on I-70 when he felt a car hit him from behind and immediately pulled over, according to IFD.

Indiana State Police is investigating this incident.
