Maurice T. McDaniel, the latest attorney hired by the owners of the former Crystal Square shopping plaza, attended the Nov. 13 regular meeting of the Crystal River City Council to discuss the situation. The shopping center is currently abandoned and has fallen into serious disrepair.

On Saturday, Nov. 4, recent CRHS grad and now a college student at Tallahassee Community College was given the keys to a 2012 Toyota Corolla, a much-needed vehicle that was purchased through generous donations from the community.
