HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Two people are dead after a crash on Interstate 24 that tied up the freeway early Saturday morning.
Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) says 43-year old Thomas McNabb and 31-year-old Chasity LLewallyn were killed after McNabb’s truck caught air and crashed into LLewallyn’s car.
They say McNabb was driving westbound until he entered the median, drove up an embankment and struck a guardrail.
The crash happened at the 176.8 mile marker, according to THP’s preliminary report.
