2 injured, lanes blocked after car overturns in crash along Socastee Boulevard, HCFR says


MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Two people have been sent to the hospital following a three-vehicle crash along Socastee Boulevard Monday afternoon, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.

HCFR Crews were dispatched to Socastee Boulevard near Cimmeron Drive at 3:24 p.m. for the crash where one vehicle overturned.

EMS took two people to the hospital, their condition is unknown at this time.

SCHP is investigating.

HCFR is asking drivers to avoid the area to prevent further delays and for the safety of crews on the scene.
