SPEARFISH — Two former Spearfish High School students will be inducted into its Fine Arts Hall of Fame Monday evening.
The 2023 inductee is Rand Higbee for his works in theater Arts and the 2024 inductee is Sara Jensen Carr for her works in visual arts.
