PEABODY, MA —The Peabody Rotary’s annual fundraiser Taste of the North Shore has confirmed at least 30 food vendors in what organizers said is already a record turnout for the annual fundraiser set for March 19 at Danversport.
Tickets are still available for the event, which will include a wide range of food options, including area restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and even Peabody Veterans Memorial High School culinary arts students.
The 20th annual event is the Rotary’s largest yearly fundraiser to support Peabody student scholarships, meals for those with food insecurity, city playground maintenance, and other community organizations.
Raffle tickets include admission to the event and a chance to win $10,000. Each $100 ticket purchased gives those attending the opportunity to purchase additional admission passes for $25. Samples are free upon entry.
The $10,000 raffle is capped at 300 tickets sold.
There are also beer and wine raffles, as well as $20 mystery bags available with prizes inside starting at a value of $25.
