Review: “I did not expect the sturdiness that this stand has. It is absolutely beautiful once it’s finished. The wood is thick, there’s nothing flimsy on this thing. The actual fireplace has kept my living room toasty. And this weekend our heat just isn’t keeping up, so I’m so glad it came when it did. We’ve kept the heat on for the whole day and all night before heading to bed and it seems like this thing is quality. It is also a great color/pattern combo for hiding any little spills my toddler or dog might have. The thickness is enough that it is comfortable and padded underfoot, but not thick enough for a lot of crumbs, dirt, hair, etc. to get stuck in the fibers. It definitely can be vacuumed easily.
