After they divorced in 2022, the pair cancelled their construction plans. Brady has since taken out a US$35 million loan for construction on a new bachelor pad, while Bündchen acquired a US$11.5 million home in nearby Surfside, according to the New York Post.
Bündchen’s colleague at Victoria’s Secret, Adriana Lima, lived in the area until 2022, when she sold her four-bedroom, four-bathroom, waterfront mansion for US$40 million, after acquiring it for just US$9 million in 2009, according to property news site The Real Deal.
