AD India takes you through some of the highlights of the week-long carnival:
Turning: On Field And Work | Ground Floor, OLD GMC Building
Curated by Vidya Shivadas, this show delves into artistic ventures that highlight alternate ways of knowing and inhabiting the world. It investigates the way these forms of knowing are inscribed, written in, and carried forth from the ground itself, by focusing on materiality. The show refocuses its lenses on objects, to materials, to stories and disregarded histories, and most importantly, our ways of describing and framing them, and taking them with us.
Text/Matters | First Floor, Old GMC Building
It’s a space displaying the varying traditions of writing around cultural themes in the subcontinent, with collaborators Marg and Art India, while also showcasing Serendipity Arts publications. The project, supported by The JCB Literature Foundation, also hosts a series of independent publishers and ASAP | Art.
Crafted Expressions: Embodied Traditions In The Indian Performing Arts | Azad Maidan

Crafted Expressions allows visitors to undertake an eccentric journey into the depth and richness of India’s vast cultural heritage, inviting them to see firsthand the harmonious convergence of creative dimensions.
