Darius Jackson is turning the tables on ex-girlfriend Keke Palmer.
After Palmer, 30, obtained a temporary restraining order and child custody in connection with domestic abuse allegations, Jackson, 30, claimed that Palmer was the “primary aggressor” in the relationship.
The fitness trainer alleged in fresh court documents acquired by Page Six on Friday that the actress “engaged in abusive behavior” and subjected him to “physical and verbal abuse.”
Jackson went on to describe an incident on August 20, 2021, in which the Nope star “punched” him in the face “at a birthday party,” and another on February 28, 2022, in which she reportedly choked and beat him during an altercation.
According to the docs, Palmer would frequently berate him while intoxicated, calling him “b***h, a punk a**, and a loser.”
As a result, Jackson is now attempting to obtain joint legal and physical custody of their 10-month-old son, Leodis.
Palmer secured a temporary restraining order against Jackson and custody of Leo in early November.
About a month later, she attempted to reschedule the restraining order hearing, which is currently scheduled for January 9th, 2024, in order to resolve their difficulties privately.
Palmer would still seek the restraining order against Jackson, and a criminal investigation into Palmer’s claims is ongoing.
