Tiffany Haddish Enters a Not Guilty Plea in Her Second DUI Arrest Following Two Misdemeanors

Tiffany Haddish entered a not guilty plea for her latest DUI.

Following her DUI arrest on Thanksgiving weekend, the 44-year-old actress and comedian was charged with two misdemeanors last week.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Haddish’s defense attorney entered a not guilty plea on her behalf during her arraignment on Wednesday.

Haddish’s pre-trial hearing has been rescheduled until February 14, according to the office.

On November 24, around 5 a.m., the Nope star was detained after being discovered passed out and slumped over the steering wheel of her automobile.

She was then charged with two misdemeanors: one for driving under the influence and another for driving with 0.8 percent blood alcohol content (BAC), which is far higher than the 0.08 percent limit set by California law, according to Page Six.

Notably, the Girls Trip star was previously arrested in Georgia in 2022 for another DUI.

A Georgia judge recently adjusted her original bond conditions from her first arrest to restrict the Night School alum from consuming drugs and alcohol, according to RadarOnline.

She is also required to submit to random drug tests.
