AKIPRESS.COM – The Environmental and Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources conducted an unscheduled inspection of the boiler room of the International University of Science and Business on April 7 Street, based on a written statement, on December 20-22.

Inspectors found that the boiler room runs on solid fuel, there is no dust and gas collection device, and there are also no permits, the Ministry of Natural Resources reported.

An act and a protocol on the offense were drawn up and an administrative fine of 28,000 soms was imposed, in accordance with article on violation of the procedure for releasing pollutants into the atmosphere.

Inspectors issued a written notice to suspend the University until the violations were corrected.
