Danny Masterson appears to be in poor shape as he is transported to prison.
Masterson, 47, had been convicted of rape and sentenced to prison when his first mugshot was taken.
Page Six obtained a snapshot of the That ’70s Show star sporting an orange jumpsuit and a deadpan expression on his pale face.
Masterson’s normally-groomed face suddenly had a scruffy and overgrown beard, and his distinctive curly curls, which had previously been neatly manicured, were tangled and disheveled.
The photograph was issued on Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation following the actor’s admission to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California.
Masterson had previously been imprisoned in a Los Angeles jail since his September conviction on two counts of rape involving force, violence, or threat of physical injury.
Though high-profile friends of the convicted rapist, including former co-stars Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, attempted to reduce his punishment by writing character references for his trial, Masterson was ultimately sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.
Meanwhile, Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, divorced him after 12 years of marriage, leaving him to raise his 9-year-old daughter Fianna alone.
