Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater aren’t taking any chances.

Despite the fact that their relationship is still relatively new – both had separated from their respective husbands this year – the music phenomenon, 30, is apparently “serious” about her new partner Slater, 31.

“Ariana is serious with Ethan,” a source told People Magazine. “She loves being with him,” they continued.

The insider went on to say that while the couple, who have been known to be dating since July, “go out occasionally,” they “mostly enjoy staying in.”

“It’s a very normal relationship,” they said of their new romance.

Indeed, the 7 Rings singer and the Spamalot actor have been out of the public eye since their contentious affair began, but they are moving quickly.

According to TMZ, the Wicked co-stars have been shacking up in a New York City property while maintaining their own residences.

They also went out to supper with Grande’s father a few days before Christmas.

The duo initially met on the set of Wicked, when the singer was still married to ex Dalton Gomez and Slater was married to his child’s mother, Lilly Jay.

They divorced earlier this year, and their new relationship was verified during the vacations.
