At the 2023 SBS Drama Awards, Song Kang and his gorgeous co-star Kim Yoo Jung won the Excellence and Best Couple Awards.

During the evening, the My Demon actors won two major awards: the Top Excellence Award for Actor in a Miniseries (romance/comedy drama) and the Best Couple Award.

The 29-year-old actor rose to prominence after starring in K-dramas such as Love Alarm, Sweet Home, Navillera, Nonetheless, Forecasting Love and Weather, and his most recent work in My Demon.

The actor wowed the crowd with his outstanding performance in the lineup, earning him worldwide acclaim.

As the audience roared in the background, the ceremony was fire with actors receiving significant honors.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the winners of the SBS Drama Awards:

Lee Je Hoon received the prestigious Daesang award for his great performance in Taxi Driver 2, while Kim Tae Ri received the prize in the same category for her outstanding performance in Revenant.

Doctor Romantic 3 received the Top Excellence Award (multi-season series) from Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung.

Meanwhile, the power couple, Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung, won the award for best romantic or rom-com miniseries for My Demon.

Park Sung Woong received the Top Excellence Award (specialist genre or action miniseries) for The Killing Vote, and Moon Chae Won received the award for Payback.

Shin Jae Ha and Pyo Ye Jin received the Excellence Award (multi-season series) for Amazing Taxi Driver 2.

Taxi Driver 2 also received the Netizens’ Choice Award for Best 2023 SBS Drama.
