Taylor Swift didn’t appear amused by Jo Koy’s joke at this year’s Golden Globe Awards.

The Grammy-winning artist, 34, who was sitting next to Miles Teller’s wife, Keleigh Sperry, was acknowledged by Koy, 52, who was hosting the ceremony.

Koy made a joke about Swift’s attendance at many NFL games to support beau Travis Kelce, which looked to fall flat.

“The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL? At the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift. I swear,” Koy declared. “There’s just more to go to.”

When the camera went to the Karma singer to observe her reaction, she had no evident reaction and simply sipped her drink.

There was barely any applause and rather hushed chuckles. Furthermore, when the camera turned to Swift’s bestie, Selena Gomez, she appeared amused by the remark.

Koy then shifted the subject to get away from the embarrassing situation. Fans on social media took notice and had a lot to say about it.

Swift’s romance with Kelce, 34, has been a hot topic since they made their relationship public in September 2023.

The NFL has frequently exploited her song lyrics and photos of her during the event to promote viewing of their games on television.
