Jason Momoa has finally received a divorce file from his estranged wife Lisa Bonet.
Two years after announcing their separation, the couple has officially filed for divorce.
The pair, who married on October 7, 2017, announced their separation in a joint statement issued in January 2022.
PEOPLE obtained court documents revealing that Bonet has filed for divorce, using October 7, 2020, as the date of separation. She mentioned insurmountable disparities for a purpose.
Bonet, 56, and star Aquaman, 44, have two children: a 15-year-old son named Nakoa-Wolf and a 16-year-old daughter named Lola.
Bonet Kravitz is the mother of actress Zoë Kravitz, whom she shares with her ex-husband Lenny.
Bonet requested joint child custody and no spousal support from either side in her filing.
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring,” Bonet and Momoa declared in a statement two years ago when they announced their breakup.
“And so, we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage,” they said at the time.
